The event was another huge success for MJFCP with amazing MJ dance moves of Michael Jackson’s impersonator; Julius Doria . These Sailor Neptune Cosplay Pictures was taken last May 25, 2013 at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife, Quezon City, Philippines. A project of The National Cosplayers of the Philippines. These 2 pictures was captured and edited by Herald Garcia. I really do love the details and everything. He made a 2 edition between the difference of Deep Submerge, one is circular water splash and the second one is the planet Neptune. The waters splash are really amazing and second picture was really great, the Deep Submerge effects are absolutely stunning.
